This structured program of 25 or 30 classes (depending on whether you choose the standard or advanced challenge) combines our standard Reformer Pilates classes, exclusive challenge-only classes, a nutrition guide, 7 day meal plan and recipes from our partner Plate Renovate, plus awesome challenge completion rewards to keep you motivated.

Over six weeks, you'll progressively build strength, tone muscles and improve flexibility, with Reformer Pilates cardio (Jumpboard) sessions to enhance fat burning and improve overall fitness incorporated into the program to unveil a stronger, leaner and revitalized version of yourself—all while embracing the transformative benefits of Reformer Pilates.

The challenge schedule is:

* Challenge only sessions are approx 30-45mins in length and will be disclosed the week prior to the session

**Any missed sessions must be made up within the challenge period, to remain eligible for completion rewards
