Six Week Reform and Transform Challenge

Starting 28th April, join the 'Reform and Transform' 6-Week Challenge at Your Pilates Spot to fast-track your fitness journey!

This structured program of 25 classes combines our standard Reformer Pilates classes, exclusive challenge-only classes, and your choice of two nutrition plans, plus awesome challenge completion rewards to keep you motivated.

Over six weeks, you'll progressively build strength, tone muscles and improve flexibility, with Reformer Pilates cardio (Jumpboard) sessions to enhance fat burning and improve overall fitness incorporated into the program to unveil a stronger, leaner and revitalized version of yourself—all while embracing the transformative benefits of Reformer Pilates.

* Challenge only sessions are 30mins in length and will be disclosed the week prior to the session

**Any missed sessions must be made up within the challenge period, to remain eligible for completion rewards
